EXCO MEETING
24th May 2009, 11am - 1pm

1. Roster
- Will be done by Alex from June onwards, Julia will continue doing meeting minutes.

2. Buying of vests
- REMINDER: we will be going down to choose designs and sizes on 6 and 13th June, 12 noon
- At least one EXCO member to go down for each meeting

3. Wardens EXCO meeting
- July: Represented by Alicia, Justina
- September: Andre, Alicia
- November: Julia, Alex

4. New groupings (chao IMPT!!!)

Please contact your group leader in future for any young wardens... stuff. Yep.
