- With effect from 1 Sep 09
- There will not be any replacement for the position of VP
- People in his group will be regrouped (to be confirmed by Alicia)
2. YW Commissioning

- People to be commissioned: Denise, Nicholas, Clayton, Daniel, Joel, Andrew
3. Full U (Blazer)
- Guys: $170 per piece, Girls: $50 per piece (@ G2000)
- To wait for uncle Francis to get a better offer for us
4. Recruitment drive
- 16-30 Aug 09
- Adult wardens will be conducting it, but YW need to have our own booth too
- Julia and Andre’s groups in charge
- Things to do: get application forms from Sam Tong/Eugene, do YW poster
5. St Mike’s Carnival
- Body art stall, manicure stall? (tentative haha)
- Alicia and Justina’s groups in charge of organizing
- Things to do: work out budget, buy materials, roster manpower
- Roster for that day: need to help out adult adult warden with their stalls, and serve 9.30 mass
6. September Adult Warden’s meeting
- To be attended by Alicia and Justina
